   Your team answers 25 questions

   About five minutes each, once. Harmonic scores five working-style dimensions — how someone processes information, makes decisions, handles change, prefers feedback and wants recognition.

   Everyone gets a playbook

   Each person is matched to one of 32 archetypes, and gets a short written page about how they work: how to give them feedback, what they need during change, and how they like to be recognised.

   The team starts using it

   Give a shout-out and Harmonic helps you write it the way that person actually receives praise. Compare two playbooks to see where you'll click and where you'll grate. Ask the coach how to approach a specific teammate.
