The dashboard

The dashboard answers one question for admins and managers: is the team actually connecting? Admins see the whole workspace; managers see their team.

What it shows

  • Seen this week — the heart of it: how many people gave or received a human moment this week (recognition, a reaction, a check-in, a comment). Not logins. Not activity. Moments between people.
  • Recognition — shout-outs given recently, and the trend.
  • Check-ins — who’s posting into the team rhythm.
  • Celebrations — moments marked recently.
  • Quiet teams — teams where nobody has been seen lately, so a leader knows where to gently show up first.

What it deliberately doesn’t show

This is the part worth reading twice:

  • No individual league tables. The dashboard never ranks people by how much recognition they get or give.
  • No sentiment or mood scores. Harmonic doesn’t measure emotional state — that entire category was deliberately left out. See Privacy & trust.
  • No activity surveillance. Nothing tracks hours, messages, or output.

The philosophy: a dashboard should tell a leader where to bring warmth, not give them a number to manage people against.
