People and teams

People

Everyone joins by invitation. The People page shows your whole workspace: who’s completed their questionnaire, who’s pending, and who’s been invited but hasn’t accepted yet.

From there, admins can:

  • Resend or revoke invitations that haven’t been accepted.
  • Remove someone from the workspace.
  • Grant or remove admin for another person.

Teams

Teams group people for the feed, the dashboard and check-ins. A person can belong to a team, and a team can have a manager.

To create a team, name it and add members. Assign a manager if you want them to get the manager view: the team dashboard, check-in visibility, and blocker notifications.

Managers

A manager sees their own team’s rhythm — check-ins, blockers, celebrations and the team dashboard. Managers don’t get hidden information about individuals: playbooks look the same to a manager as to any teammate. See Roles and permissions.

The 20-seat cap

The free tier covers 20 people in the workspace. Invitations that would exceed it are declined as a batch — see the FAQ for what to do at 21.
