Your playbook

Your playbook is a short, human page about how you work — the “user manual” your teammates read. It’s generated from your questionnaire answers and written in plain language.

The four sections

  • About you — a short bio of your working style: how you think, what energises you, where you’re strongest.
  • Feedback — how you prefer to give and receive feedback. Written first or spoken? Straight away or with time to digest?
  • Navigating change — what you need when things shift: the reasoning, the plan, the goal, or just the space to get on with it.
  • Recognition — how appreciation actually lands for you. A quiet thank-you, a public shout-out, specifics over superlatives.

Your archetype (one of 32) sits at the top with your five dimension scores.

Who sees it

Your playbook is visible to your teammates — that’s the point. It exists so the people you work with every day can work with you well. It is written for your teammates, not about you for management: there are no scores, grades or ratings anywhere in it.

Making it yours

You can add interests, values and basic details to round it out. The more of yourself you put in, the better the icebreakers, comparisons and coaching get.
