Is it really free?

For teams up to 20 people, yes — everything, with no trial clock and no credit card. See pricing for the honest answer about why.

What happens when we hit 21 people?

Harmonic will ask you to get in touch before a 21st person can be added. We’re still working out what larger teams should pay, and we’d rather talk than guess. Nothing you’ve created is affected while we do.

Why is there no password?

Because passwords are the worst part of every app. You sign in with a six-digit code emailed to you — nothing to remember, nothing to leak, nothing to reset.

Email codes are currently the only sign-in method. If your company email works, Harmonic works — there’s no separate identity to set up.

Check spam first — codes come from heyharmonic.ai. Codes expire after 10 minutes, and you can request a new one after 30 seconds. If codes repeatedly fail to arrive on a company domain, your mail gateway may be quarantining them; ask IT to allow the sender, then request a fresh code.

Can I retake the questionnaire?

Yes. People change, and a playbook from your last job’s version of you isn’t useful. Retake it from your playbook page and your profile regenerates.

Can I opt out of the questionnaire?

Yes — it’s never forced. You can be in the workspace, recognise teammates and be recognised without one, though the playbook-powered features (comparisons, coach advice about you) need it to work.
